Book Review – Drip by Drip

No I am not reviewing my own book! This review is from Graham Hiom, an avid reader of thrillers.

I should reveal that Graham is in fact a colleague of mine, but he assures me that this has not influenced his review in any way. Graham writes:

“The book has a bit of everything. Primarily it is a thriller which is a genre I read a lot.  The fact that it was set in a location that is completely unfamiliar to me also made it interesting.

The Killing Fields near Phnom Penh
The Killing Fields near Phnom Penh – you learn about Cambodia and its painful past in the book

The plotline was good.  It kept racing along and it kept me interested throughout . I liked the way the paragraphs worked with each one explaining exactly what everyone was thinking at a particular moment in time, with the characters spread across South East Asia, the UK and Australia.

I liked most of the characters and especially liked the mother-in-law and her Agatha Christie moments!

I would recommend the book (and have done so on a number of occasions). It a good holiday book with a decent story … especially if you want to learn a little about the area too.”

Thank you Graham, both for reading the book and taking the trouble to review it.

It is available as an ebook or paperback from Amazon.
